THE ART OF MEDITATION

The Art of Meditation Is to Do Nothing. Whatever you “do” is a result of controlling your mind. Meditation isn’t about controlling the mind. Real control involves doing nothing to the mind. When you do nothing but instead simply witness, you are in meditation. “Non-doing” is awareness of the present moment now. Meditation exists in the now. Don’t do anything. Just close your eyes, witness, and wait. Layers of thought-form disturbances will melt, darkness will become light, and a deep settling will occur.

Witnessing Is Self-Remembering

Self-remembering is a methodless method that leads toward unity with the whole.

Desireless Attention

To be who you really are, you can only be in desireless attention. Unless you are completely desireless, you can’t be the real you.
