Flow ~ Women’s Retreat

(With DR. Lana Rados)

Psychotherapy, Plant Medicine, Sisterhood

Flow is our signature multi-day retreat for women. Led by esteemed psychotherapist and psychologist Lana Rados, Flow is held 3 to 4 times per year in Vancouver, Canada—by popular demand only. Join us for an intimate program of workshops, ceremonies, integration, and more. Each aspect of this retreat is curated to optimally support you on your healing path: from the small group setting, the potency of psychotherapeutic work, to the inclusion of breath and movement meditation. Like most of Intronaut’s offerings, Flow uses a unique, hybrid approach to plant medicine healing, which blends the wisdom of ancient shamanism with the practicality of psychotherapeutic integration.

Experience “becoming” like you’ve never experienced it before. Experience Flow.
