Id like to write some words to express the gratitude i have felt both toward myself and to others since participating  in the ceremony facilitated by Intronaut.

Ive participated in a few plant medicine ceremonies over the past few years and my takeaway is that Set and Setting are of the utmost importance to ensure a positive lasting experience.

First off, Ivan and Lana are extraordinary people. Full of wisdom, compassion, energy  and love.

The “Angels” as they are known are equally amazing in their own right as they help keep the space balanced and safe.

Although the ceremony was only one day alot was achieved. I was able to feel safe, guided and loved without judgement.

In todays world to have people like this available to help others is more important than ever.

The world desperately needs healing and as you heal you can help others along that path.

I’m excited to participate in other ceremonies and retreats led by Intronaut.

This is a special organization and im grateful to have found them.

I write to let others know that if they are inclined to journey within then they have found their guides in Ivan and Lana.
