I found Intronaut when I was looking for relief for my Complex PTSD symptoms that were a result of trauma suffered during my 24 years working in law enforcement. I had tried a number of treatment modalities - including psychotherapy and antidepressants - all with limited effect. My symptoms had gotten so severe that I rarely left home, and had virtually no tolerance for any social interaction whatsoever. My thoughts raced, I had flashbacks, and I was hypervigilant whenever I had to go out in public. 

I made a phone appointment with a medical doctor, who I had never met before, to discuss my PTSD symptoms. He explained to me that the current treatment of choice for PTSD is psychedelics, and recommended one to two macrodoses while in the care of a reputable trip sitter. I did some research online and discovered Intronaut, and signed up for the next ceremony.

I had never used psychedelics before. Part of me was fascinated and curious about what the trip would be like, but mostly I was terrified that I would have a bad experience and be further traumatized in my search for healing. This could not have been farther than the truth. Ivan and his supporting cast of angels had a lovely, calming energy. They completely alleviated my worries, and I was able to have a magical, healing trip that I can only describe as life-changing. 

After one session, I feel like a new person. I now seek out human interaction, my brain feels much calmer, and I no longer have debilitating and negative racing thoughts. I feel happier than I have been in years, and came away from the experience feeling gratitude and appreciation for myself and my inner strength. Lana, Ivan, and their Intronaut angels are truly a gifted group of healers who have given me my life back. I cannot recommend them enough.
